Trying to get healthy? Jogging?

Check out the website "couch to 5k in 9wks." It is a simple running program that doesn't expect a lot from new runners. You start out with 20 minutes of interval running 3 times a week (run for 60sec, then walk for 90sec). There is also a lot of good information on the site.
